Prices are per week and are based on maximum of 8 people.  All utilities such as electricity, water and heating are included in the price.  Bed linen and towels are provided.  Smoking is not permitted inside the house.  Pets are allowed for an extra £75 per week.

The changeover day is Saturday from June to September.  This is more flexible during other months.

Check in is 4pm and check out at 10am.

Booking procedure:

1.  You will firstly be asked to sign and return a confirmation letter and rental agreement which will be emailed to you.

2.  A 25% deposit of the total rental fee is required to secure a booking.  We can only hold your dates for 5 days after you decide to book.

3.  The balance is required 8 weeks before your holiday plus a damage deposit.  The latter is £100 plus £50 for each additional week.  Provided everything is OK, this will be returned after your stay. 

4.  On receipt of the final payment, we will email you the necessary information regarding keys, directions, things to do in area, etc.
